Adv. Fraidin is the head of the Litigation and Class Action Departments in our firm.
Matan’s practice includes conducting complex legal proceedings, amongst which: financial lawsuits, contractual disputes, disputes relating to projects in the field of real estate, partners and shareholders disputes, representation of senior employees, administrative appeals as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings.
He assists his clients in navigating complicated issues which often include a wide range of subjects in the various legal disciplines – requiring in-depth legal understanding and the ability to construct overall strategy.
Amongst his clients: commercial corporations, public bodies, entrepreneurs, businessmen and class action lawsuits.
Matan started his legal career as an Attorney in the offices of the late Dr. Jacob Weinroth, in the field of civil-commercial litigation.
Adv. Fraidin has extensive experience in representing clients in class actions (both plaintiffs and defendants), including determining legal precedents and laws in this field.
As an example, Adv. Fraidin represents the Toyota Global Group in class action lawsuits filed against it in Israel. All of Adv. Fraidin’s lawsuits representing Toyota were dismissed.
Adv. Fraidin served as head of the Clinic for Class Actions at the Ono Academic College, and serves as a lecturer in the fields of litigation and class actions in the Israel Bar Association, and in academic and practical frameworks.
